I suggest that you pray to God to help you with that. I was having a horrible day last week. I was angry with everyone and everything, and finally, I started praying in the car on the way home and asked God to take it all from me, and carry it for me.
When I got home, I saw one of my neighbors in front of the elevator, and she asked me how I was doing. "I'm having one of THOSE days", I said. She looked at me, and she said, "I'm having one of those days, too. My father just died. And I can't find a cheap flight down to Georgia for the funeral. The cheapest one is $800."
After telling her how horribly sorry I was for her loss, I realized that she was my messenger from God. And the message was this: No matter how bad things may SEEM to you, they really are NOT as bad as they COULD be.
My tiny little problems and angers that day were nothing. Nothing at all. Trivial little things. Because isn't God taking good care of me? I have plenty of clothing, enough food to eat, and I really lack for nothing. AND if I ask, and pray, God will even send me some kindly reminders and lessons about life.
