Who are you really?

They say that people can have 4 different identities depending upon the group or situations.

Categorized as: work, family, spouse and friends.

If you can think about the traits you display in those settings how many of those actually cross over?

It is like venn diagram ....each circle overlaps the other.

I like things done in a timely and organised manner, from work to family.

Empathy and being part of a team (work or family) is important.

At work, I tend to be funny , methodical.

With family, you have to be considerate and understanding. I tend to be more serious with family.

Personally, yes there is minor difference in my personal traits at work and at home.

If something goes wrong at work, I go crazy.

But at home, I learnt that I have to be calm and not blow up on things.

You can always get another job but your family is important to you.

@scorpiolovedeep this makes a lot of sense...
I think though I may be different in that. I blow up at home and try and be calm at work.

It's something that I actively try to work on doing better. But I also know family know what buttons to press.

We all are different and react differently.

As long as we care for the people we love most.

I understand that family tests us but with time, you sort of get along with them.

Good thing is you are finding peace.
