I think I would mention some things, but not nessarily discourage them.
But thinking about it, I can't remember one time I took an UBER where it had a female driver, but as long as she stayed out of the bad parts of town, I think she would be fine.

Supporting someone’s aspirations is important. It's good to have open conversations about potential risks or challenges, but the decision should ultimately be theirs.

Unless their vehicle were to be a tank or armored car pulling a separate trailer for the client(s)...yes.
If she had one of those bulletproof shields like NY Taxis I couldn't see a problem with it.

I can't say I've ever known a current or former cabby say they're happy doing it.
For all the obvious reasons.
Made worse i imagine if you're female.
But I think as long as she's aware of all the possible problems it wouldn't be right to discourage her.
