To my knowledge, you don't... unless you look back and agree with your original thoughts and/or others agree, which of course also has it's own biased.

Maybe when my gut shit for my brain calmly and the feeling is more distinct. Whereas my anxiety doesn’t make any sense.

It’s a feeling of “just knowing” before it’s even confirmed. A deep tugging feeling you can’t ignore.

With me it's a 50/50 thing... sometimes my instincts are spot-on and all goes well. Sometimes they are spot-on and I ignore them 🫤.
