Someone with no ambition or drive. I want someone who works hard and wants to be successful. If you can’t keep a job or move up in the job you have because you aren’t driven enough to do so it’s a turn off. Not just with jobs. I like a man who is working to better himself /his life/his surroundings etc. and who takes accountability for the things in his life.
