What personality type would best suit a narcissist?
Is it possible to find a personality type that would compliment a narcissistic personality?
Are they just doomed to ruin people's lives and die alone?

A narcissist wont change because they will never accept there is a need to change. Their world evolves around them, nobody elses feelings or opinions will ever matter to them more than their own.
