Is it possible to find a personality type that would compliment a narcissistic personality?

That really depends on your definition of love.

I personally don’t believe love = toxicity. It’s either mutually healthy (a mutual effort to love in a healthy way) or it’s not love. ‘Unhealthy love’ is an oxymoron to avoid the elephant in the room.
