Are you the jealous type. How do you handle jealousy.

I have gotten jealous sometimes but not in a very long time. My way was to withdraw, which wasn't the healthiest way.
I don't know whether I would get jealous now or how I'd react in that situation.

I do get jealous easily when I am alone with my thoughts. I eventually realise no one is better than the other and that I have some great traits.
