I got rid of the booze

I haven't had a drink for almost five minutes,
I think this will work out fine;
there is still anti-freeze in the garage
-If I start to lose my mind..

I want to join that other world
where I can participate.
I don't expect to 'get the girl'
but maybe, I can relate...

Maybe my true colours.
will finally come out..
and maybe, -it will be her...
-of course ,I have my doubts...
