I genuinely don't understand people who don't care about seeing others do well.

Like perhaps my favorite thing in life is hearing about people doing well or engaging in their passions. It doesn't even really matter if I know them personally or even if I particularly like them. Just listening to the story of them getting better and ahead in life and following their path brightens my day and holds my interest into the what, why, and how of it. Life and humanity is a team effort.

Yes, this! Hell I simply like hearing that someone is having a good day. Bad days are way too common and those good days are more important than ever. And I’d like to add I enjoy seeing pics of things that bring people joy: their art, plants, new clothes, food, pets, pics of nature, all of it. Share your joy people!

This is today's most wholesome post. You make people feel safe.

Tbh I think some people are just reminded of their own failures, so they're resentful, but I find that attitude just prevents you from achieving any real success. If you can recognize and appreciate others' achievements, you can more easily work on your own. Having a negative reaction is counter-productive.

Yeah, I know. Seeing other people do good gives me hope.

@LordShadowfire Finding your own happiness and passion and making it into success is the ultimate form of rebellion and revolution.
That’s very cool, and I feel the same. It’s positive and it gives me hope. But the people who bug me are the ones so miserable that that they resent hearing about the success of others. 🙁
