I am Type 1 Diabetic

A lot of people don't know that type 1 and type 2 are completely different. Most people know someone who is type 2. And people say to me How can you be diabetic? You're not fat!
Actually type 1 diabetics are just 5% of all diabetics. We get it when we are children. Our pancreas doesn't make insulin. So we have to inject it. Or like me, we have to wear a pump that injects it.
It means testing blood glucose a lot. Many times I prick my finger and blood doesn't come out and I say It's like blood getting out of a stone!
Many times I just want to go to sleep and never wake up, but my life is too precious for that. Life is sacred.

@luv2fly352 I pretty much live life in the fast lane! Like college finished for the summer. But I still have lifeguard duty. And summer school where we help out.
