I think the rails have been tightened too tight and the cart wobbles when that happens. (The driver doesn’t or better yet wasn’t told about this) The whole cart shifts and ultimately breaks the axle. The axles are about 180 dollars each (2 required on cart) . You can get those axles online from rock auto. Wait I just realized I was typing my comment on the wrong post. Sorry!
