Many extroverts really don't understand introverts

I just had a conversation with my co-workers on my social anxiety. Since my other two bosses are out for a couple days, I'm in charge until they get back, so I've been doing a lot more talking with other people at work than I normally do and man, is it getting to me! I was venting this to my co-workers and they were so confused, lol. They were all "You always talk to us just fine." I had to explain that that's because I know them well enough to where I'm comfortable speaking with them, but when I first started working here (or when they did), I sure as hell wasn't! They still didn't seem to get it, lol. I'll say the same thing I said to them: it must be so nice being extroverted. 😂😭
