Co-worker: "i thought i had you figured out"

What is there to figure out? 😅 i am not really that strange after all or different, often very easy to read I think.

We had been working together close for almost two years, and he said this.
I can't remember the context. I guess i did or said something differently than what he had come to know.
But i remember i laughed, it was funny, and maybe i said jokingly "you will never" or something, lol.
