Talk less.
Prepare.
Be quiet.
Look before i leap. (Unless i just leap, because i know its nessary sometimes).
Think before i speak.
Limit the surprises i might get.
Prefer 1:1, it might seem creepy to some, I will come to you when you are alone.

Spend great length of time in solitude.
I can delay gratification more easily maybe.
I rarely perform good in a loud enviourment.
It takes a lot to actually make me smile on the outside, i will hate you for it a little, but also it is good.
