I Am An Infj

Wow, A Group For Infjs... When I first discovered that I am an INFJ, so many things started to make sense. It is as if my life was a puzzle and suddenly the pieces started coming together. Beforehand, I thought I was alone in this world, and mostly I thought I was insane. Which would make sense because I have a long line of Schizophrenia in my family. But then I read through the page, explaining exactly what an INFJ is... it made me realize that there are others like me out there.

After that, all I could think about was meeting other INFJs. To think that EP has a group specifically for it makes me happy. I would like to connect with other INFJs out there, so if anyone is interested in having me as a friend, I'd welcome it. I'd like to know how others experience being an INFJ. What does it mean to you? What do you make of it?

Thanks for sharing your story. I am also an INFJ. I have always tried to embrace it but it is not easy, because there are so few of us out there. I have no other friends with my personality type so it is nice that I can share with others here on EP and not feel so alone! I am also in college and trying to find a major that suits me and plays to my strengths. Good luck to you , and message me anytime!

Thanks. I don't have any INFJ friends either, but not struggling on that front. I have eccentric friends so they don't mind. My best friend is a paranoid schizophrenic and the rest of them are all open-minded people. I learned in high school that if you make friends with the rejects, none of them will judge you.
