Not in a "feelings of impending doom" type of way, and not terminally ill,

But just like, you reached the end of your tether, and you're at an odd sense of peace with everything?

No, just a feeling I don't have much to live for and if I had some kind of accident and died, it wouldn't even be much of loss.

I felt like that about a year ago. Luckily not now.
