Psychiatrist report: Client seemed euthymic, appeared in good spirits, and was comfortable during the appointment

Fr, sometimes I look completely spaced out while having a panic attack ,almost aloof ,when I would express that to my ex he'd complain that I didn't look like I was in panic lmao . But for a professional to do that 😭
