@SW-User sometimes the way we express those feelings might not be the best for the moment.. that's the heavy affect that feelings have sometimes. That still doesn't mean you're wrong for how you feel.

It can be hard to talk through for sure. It makes sense to be bothered but you shouldn't be faulted too harshly for that imo 🖤
