I can't mind meld with these 🤬🤬 idiots!!!

I can't just transfer a lifetime of learning, especially to someone that has no want or will to learn.
My standards for hiring are so simple.😫 I want people that have built something. A car, truck, motorcycle, computers, quadcopters, RC planes, RC cars, go carts, ANYTHING!!! ANYTHING!!!
Anything with moving parts, or anything that requires a basic understanding of electronics. 🔧⚡
