Why is this so hard

1. I used to believe in god and Jesus now I have seizures every day everybody says I lost my faith
2. I lost my girlfriend because of my health and pretty much jealousy I’m pretty sure she’s with this one dude that she knew now
3. I apparently have a leaky gut but I don’t feel anything hurting or brain fog
