It is hard when your chest is pouring the depression out!

I hate it and it is not my choice but still I can choose not to share with others near to me who most probably will get affected negatively and won't be able to help me out. My mind is strong and it is a bless and a curse at the same time. I wish I could stay peaceful with a neutral effect but life sometimes is not fair .

Yeah life is not fair for sure.. i hope you can find the mental space to be happy .. it’s nice you are considerate of others but your emotions also matter even if one is unable to help..
