Centrum is no good, get a good quality vitamin. Yeah expect some niggly pains to start creeping up as you get older. At this stage learn more about what you can do to take care of your health and maintain it.

@Lostpoet heard Dr. Berg talking about them saying that they were bad because everything is synthetic in them, nothing natural.
