@whowasthatmaskedman that is the tough question. If banks just stop lending. That might help. Maybe embargo against which every party provided weapons to either entity involved most recently.
Ex. Everytime iran give funds\supplies\troops\equipment to hamas the world boycotts trade with Iran. And anytime usa gives money\supplies\troops\equipment to isreal the world boycotts the usa?
A simpler response no one provides anything to isreal or hamas. . . "Throw in the towel" force them to revert to sword\spear and bow\arrow on horse\camel?
