Everyone avoids the dark and negative, but nobody is immune. It's as honest and real as positivity.

Why do we act like it has no place? And isolate those who are experiencing it? It's the other side of the same coin. We are complete beings.

@SW-User I think it's more covert than many realize. How people subtly ignore negativity and those experiencing it. They make it look like they pitied it and that's enough. Like, hopefully you find the light again... Lol or, it'll get better.

I think of the horrors my mom lived in her dementia brain. Nothing comforted her. It doesn't always get better. People threw her away. Her friends and family. They threw her out and they threw me out too.

I hate trying to not believe. I hate that I'll never have my family again. It's not going to get better. It's not about seeing the light. It's about being ditched because things weren't all pretty and easy.

I want to move on, but how can I when my feelings are endlessly invalidated and that is considered help?
