It takes a lot to keep myself stable and healthy and I do it without meds...

@AbsolutelyFabulous meds destroy me. They made things way worse to the point of being suicidal when I didn't start out suicidal 😔

@ScreamingFox same... I spiralled really quickly, I remember thinking, I'll take all these pills and drink wine too...

I checked myself and realised omg, this isn't you at all... I stopped taking them immediately and felt like me again pretty much within days... I'm not sure why they were prescribed to me tbh

@AbsolutelyFabulous they want to fix everything with a pill instead of dealing with the actual issues.

@AbsolutelyFabulous different meds work differently for different people.

I recommend a pharmacogenomics DNA test.

But of course, you also need to work on sorting out any core issues too.
It's not always about the meds 😅
