On SW maybe 3 times. On other sites (SodaHead, Amirite) I've been BeansForBreakfast, GladHands, Kwashka, Bub, ChuckTom... and a few others. Always one at a time - never 2 or more at once.

Think of it as one long account - which, essentially, my "activities" were - under various and consecutive witness protection aliases. I must stress, though - consecutive stints as each alias and not concurrent.
