It was the case when I was sitting alone on a bench a few days ago.

@Dan193 I know it is very difficult to know what to do when you see someone alone. But if you approach someone, be prepared. In my case, I was in a very vulnerable emotional state. I was listening to music and typing on my phone, writing, not talking to anyone like most people who saw me probably thought. At that moment, I would have welcomed someone approaching and just asking if I was okay. But they might have met tears instead of a welcoming smile. One simple gesture can turn someone’s day from horrible to beautiful. Just don’t walk way if you meet tears, unless she says she wants to be alone.
