So what’s up with the idea that extroverted people are supposed to be loud and dumb ?

I’m not sure who started it , but I see that a lot on many articles written by people who say they’re more introverted .

Maybe I’m doing it wrong , but I’m pretty sure how you get your energy ( alone vs amongst people ) is no indication of intelligence or lack thereof.
