@itscamila It will come. You're around the age when it started for me. After 25 I felt different. More adult than before as I carried myself differently, I started taking my needs and boundaries serious and learned to say No more often. From helping every single poster to just allowing myself to scroll by and choose the content that gives energy instead of taking it made a huge difference. I'm positive you'll get there too ❤️

@userfawkes1105 It's also hard for us empaths to remember that people can have malicious intents. For example the concept of online trolls. I always struggled to grasp that because in my world there exists no need to be deliberately rude to others for fun. So each time I met someone who admitted they trolled, I was confused and chocked. Still is to be frank.

@jshm2 Who says being an empath is automatically positive? I'm one. It's exhausting. I'm still trying to learn how to "shield" myself from others energies. A fellow empath told me that it's important with an energy force shield.
