Less. Or maybe I'm just numb right now.

@ScreamingFox I think you are getting stronger.

@cherokeepatti I don't really know. I'm kinda lost at the moment.

@ScreamingFox I have felt that way several times in my life. But sat myself down and did a self-reflection and review. By the 34 years ago I was on a plane that took off in Dallas headed towards Los Angeles. About 20 minutes in the air the captain announced that we were turning back to the airport in Dallas for an emergency landing. That was bad enough. Got on another plane which they checked out really good. We landed safely. A few days later we did a roadtrip to Mexico. Foolishly we drove the car to Rosarita instead of walking across and renting a car. The next day we were driving into Tijuana and for some reason a small mountain road and the ball joint broke.Stuck there until Ray walked down to a neighborhood. He spoke a little Spanish and found man who offered to take him to a car part store in Tijuana. Loaned him a tool and Ray replaced the ball joint himself. This situation could have ended badly and the emergency landing did too. A couple weeks later after getting home I started thinking of how many incidents I’ve had in my life that could have ended my life. I got out a spiral notebook and made a list. There were over 30 things then. I decided that I am a survivor. I figured there were good reasons for that. It wasn’t my time to go, I was for some unknown reason here for something that will one day I will then realize, and that I have divine protection. I have had more incidents since then and I always think back to this. And also the hard times that I consider challenges and trials. Those things have built strength and resilience and shaped my attitude as well.
