Be Mindful of your emotional imprint

I know how I should think and how I should act to make a situation better. I know I should keep my cool in all situations if I want to take the right decisions.
Nevertheless, I am very, very emotional and I do get very angry when someone is speaking or acting rude or unfair. Anger just takes me. Anger for justice, a rebellion for respect.
Who are you to infringe any kind of suffering to another human being or animal?
Who are you to judge who is great and who is not?
Who are you to claim yourself perfect above all?
Can you hold the world on your own shoulders, alone?
I don't think so...
Be mindful of the words that come out of your mouth, if you don't want them to boomerang in your face when you are the most broken.

And emotional intelligence is important too. When we learn to not overeact and control our emotions.
