I Value Emotional Maturity

[image deleted]My thoughts on emotional maturity are black and white. It’s simple as well. Plz allow me to explain? We all have emotions that sometimes gets us into a world of trouble right? We absolutely can not control another ppl unless behind the barrel of a gun! The only control we do have is HOW we respond ( or not?!) to them. I’ve come to believe that personal responsibility for our actions followed by whether we allow others to EFFECT us... An emotional maturity state of mind is to decide to value ur own opinions because ur seeking balance and knowledge...

I think I get what you’re saying. We can’t control anything about anyone else, really. And we [b]can[/b] control our [b]actions[/b]. I’m less convinced that we can control our feelings, just what we do in response to them.
