@Felina Well they're used to wars for access to oil.
They don't even think about it when someone else is having to do the fighting.

But one wonders, if war was suddenly about access to clean water and they had to reintroduce national service so that everyone had to endure defending and fighting for a basic necessity, how that would go down.

@Picklebobble2 the ozon layer is recovering slowly, and expected to be back at the status of the eighties, in 20 years.
