Have you ever met some that was just too much for you?

Overly complicated and sensitive? Too intense? I am not being judgemental just curious. How did you deal with them?

My last boyfriend was like that. I tried at first to be accepting and supportive until I understood he was causing his own stress and causing me stress and it was for no reason. I couldn’t deal with. I am intense and sensitive but I’ve come to realize some people enjoy causing their own pain without realizing it.

@BrokenAbyss What did he do? What made you think that he enjoyed it?
@CrazyMusicLover He would pull me in and push me away. He would cause issues when everything was great. The worst part was when I had hoped to lean on him when I needed him and he was bothered by my emotions. It was a one way street.

I say enjoyed because he seemed to feel better after he got done unloading his pain on me. He would be rude to me then go out and laugh with other people. Or people would come over and I saw him visibly change his demeanor. He’d be fine a day or so then it was back to pouty sour boyfriend and me trying to help him through it.

In the end I realized there was nothing wrong. His life was easy and he had friends and family that cared for him when I had no one. He was using my strength and abusing my kindness for fun I guess… He was spoiled and bored.

@BrokenAbyss Then he enjoyed causing pain to you, not himself.
@CrazyMusicLover Either way, it worked well for him haha I couldn’t be in that kind of relationship.

@BrokenAbyss I wouldn't tolerate someone who would unload his bs on me and then showed annoyance with my emotions either.
