@maskedbandit That’s only because it’s more my nature to forgive. It’s more about my own personality than anything else. I even forgave the men who beat up one of my children, and cut him with a razor, but that was the younger me. I’m less tolerant, less patient in my old age because I’ve seen too much of the evil in this world. Forgiveness does not equal all is forgotten, so everything is okay now. Not at all. Forgiveness means you don’t seek vengeance, although you may seek justice. You can hate someone you forgive because they are evil. How can anyone forgive evil, unless you are fine with evil, and some are.

@Carissimi Here's the truth, sometimes forgiveness is impossible on our own. Here's the thing... Have you asked God for forgiveness for our sins, we are all sinners you know and Jesus died for our sins. I tell you the truth if you are forgiven it's not too hard to forgive others. My secret is Jesus, and not my timid little heart and I'm on a journey seeking forgiveness and the strength to forgive others. God bless
