Was i wrong for raising my voice at him?

Last year i called my dad asking for an email . He couldn't hear me due to the signal , so i kept repeating the same thing, untill i raised my voice at him . It all happened infront of my friends and they said i shouted . I just cant stop feeling guilty about it .

{@bobbylvs] do not feel ashamed you did not do this in anger but too be understood . it is hard dealing with people like i know with my mother she has hearing aids but does not wear them as she should and it can make any conversation difficult
