If you’re really a nice person, you don’t need to go telling people how nice you are
In my experience, I’ve noticed that when people have to tell you they’re nice, they always, always end up being a real mean POS. Even more disturbingly, I’ve also noticed that when others go on about how nice a certain individual supposedly is, said individual also always ends up being a terrible person. It’s like they know this person is actually just awful but, for whatever reason (*cough* popularity *cough*), they have to vouch for them by telling the world they’re not.
If you’re actually a nice person, you don’t need to try and convince others that you are! Your actions and behavior will reflect that to where you won’t need to tell others that you’re nice because those that you were nice to will do so for you. But if you really are nice, that shouldn’t even matter to you anyway. And I find it real sick yet also just typical that others would have to convince themselves into believing such shitty individuals are nice, especially if they’re doing it just to try and fool others.
