Do you paint your own or go the nail shop?

@Mellowgirl It's when nails are wrapped in silk, linen, fiberglass and even resin. It's to provide stability. Way better than acrylic and the salon I go don't use those devices to thin the nail, they use good old nail files, so it's my natural nail with no damage.

I just eat well and they seem to be growing really well and strong.

@Mellowgirl Some people like the added stability. Especially me since I do tend to be clumsy. 🤷🏾‍♀️
