I know exactly what you mean, though I feel like I started feeling that way years before 2020. It simply just got worse after 2020.

I went within, healed my inner wounds, did a lot of work, I healed my nervous system, inner child, made peace with who I was or who I thought I was, mostly what others told me who I was, I don’t carry that BS anymore.
