What does "a Karen" mean?

Just read an article in a newspaper regarding a court case where the judge took exception to somebody describing a woman as "a Karen" - obviously her name wasn't Karen.

This must be a thing but never heard it before. What does it mean?

It’s stereotype of an arrogant entitled shopper with an attitude .. usually a middle aged blond with a short haircut “Karen wants to talk to the manager” type

@YoMomma BLONDE. Karen is a WOMAN'S name, not a man's.

PS most of the Karens in my neighbourhood have long hair, including myself.
