What type of personality/ feature, etc makes a man actually want to stay with a woman and commit?

In my experience, the qualities they want in a woman will very, but the kind of men (life phase) who are long-term relationship oriented (different than guys who like to date/have a pattern of short term relationships) are the ones that aren’t scattered/confusing. They know themselves. They know what they want. They don’t play games. Everything else is a chaotic mess.
