What type of personality/ feature, etc makes a man actually want to stay with a woman and commit?

She doesn't have to be perfect, just honest and vulnerable about herself. If I like someone I like them, it's whether they're ready that matters.

Fun and relaxed but able to take a commitment seriously. Kind and a bit out there, but that's me.
