How do you know how long to look at a cripple person?

I dont want to be rude staring at them but its rude to not even look at them too right? Like someone in a wheelchair you cant just act like they dont exist so how long can you look at one before it becomes rude?

I think in terms of how I’d look at someone who isn’t disabled. I might glance and meet his or her eyes; I wouldn’t avoid that glance. And I wouldn’t stare. It’s just another human being.
