As before, get a french press, electric kettle, as much coffee grounds as you need, and make it yourself.
Post a guardian, if you feel that sabotage and theft could be a problem. You could also get a press for cold coffee, make it the night before, and put it in the fridge at home, and bring your coffee to work with you............sweetener and lightener to taste, as you go..........

I wasn't kidding about buying my own coffee maker for work the other day! 🤷🏻♂
They literally had a budget it in, even if coffee and filters was already budgetted in.
It took six months to adjust the budget. And to heck there was nothing to make hot water for tea and hot chocolate.
So we were continuously getting the supplies without anything to make it in. 🤷🏻♂
Water was as well one of the supplies. Trucked in 5 gallon water bottles.
