Aziza are benevolent, fairy-like nature spirits in West African mythology (specifically Dahomey, Fon, and Ewe traditions) often described as small, wise, and living in silk-cotton trees or anthills. Known as forest guardians, they teach humans skills like fire-making and herbal medicine, providing good magic, luck, and guidance to hunters.
