Brownies are friendly little guys who like to help out with household chores in the middle of the night. Sweeping, mopping, that sort of thing. They enjoy offerings of milk or cream left by the hearth. But make no mistake. If you offend the brownies in your home, or make them feel like you are taking advantage of them, they will leave and never return.
