The Universe is everything that we currently know about.
Is there another Universe? We will never know.
I am sure there is life out there.
Though we as a species will never come into contact with whatever it is.
Look at the Voyager Space crafts, travelling for 48 years now.
It took 35 years to leave the solar system.
It will never leave the Milky Way because the technology on board will not allow it to reach a high enough velocity. (Not powerful enough to pull itself out of the grip of the gravity of the Milky Way)
In 500 million years Voyager will have completed one circuit of the Milky Way.
Remembering it will never leave the Milky Way.
Other life out there?
Most certainly, not ours to ever encounter.
Purely my opinion.
