Breathable air.
If there's breathable air there's water in plentifull quantities. It takes vast oceans with life in them to have breathable air along with trees and other plants.
Yet you can have water with cyanide gas in the air. Which would kill most life a well as us. It doesn't take much cyanide gas to kill either. Around 100 parts per million would kill most things.
What would be very interesting would be a planet with two or more moons or two suns circling each other yet they most certainly would have to be less than G type stars.
There is another factor about your planet. You can have plenty of beaches and water, yet the sun could be too hot. How would you like 130°f (54.44°c) as the average temperature, with maximums around 200°f (93.33°c) with even a G-9 Star? 😂

One like Earth yet where it is about 70 degrees F all the time, it rains once a week, yet is clear other days, and is green and wooded.

The marshmallow planet.

I'd choose a planet that worshiped at the feet of their elders (especially those of us in our 70s) 😁

I'd probably go to one like earth with all of the diversity. Picking a specific biome to call home, probably a temperate forest surrounding a large lake. The shade of trees in the summer, their shelter in the winter. I get some of the beach benefits from the lake, though it's more relaxed and subdued.

None of them. I'd just go to a whole different dimension
