I'd be more surprised if the ETs acknowledged that we actually have a government!
As a mufon chief investigator I know that they exist and likely have bases on or near the earth.
While we do not fully understand their agenda do not be surprised if children start exhibiting enhanced paranormal abilities.
Until we abandon war we will not be a part of their community.

@Tastyfrzz I've joked about it before, but I legitimately think that's why they avoid us. We are a violent, primitive species that has managed to stumble bassackwards onto most of our best technology while taking a break from murdering each other.
